To ensure our platform and services reflect authenticity and integrity, that people feel safe when interacting with our platform, and that we are transparent and equitable, the following principles apply to AI and user-generated activity and content on our platform.
If a customer violates these principles, our policies or terms, we may stop providing services or close the account. We may also block delivery or remove or refuse to publish content for any reason. When investigating alleged violations of these principles, Intuit reserves the right to review content in order to resolve the issue. However, we cannot monitor the entire platform and make no attempt to do so.
AUTHENTICITY and INTEGRITY
We believe our platform should reflect authenticity and share trustworthy content. This is consistent with Intuit’s Mission and our core values, including Integrity without Compromise. We do not permit the use of our platform for distribution or dissemination of anything that violates our Acceptable Use Policies.
SAFETY
We believe that people should feel safe when interacting with our platform, whether as a customer or as a viewer or recipient of content published or disseminated through our platform. We do not allow our platform or services to be used to upload, post, distribute, link to, publish, reproduce, engage in, or promote anything that violates our Acceptable Use Policies.
TRANSPARENT AND EQUITABLE ENFORCEMENT
We believe in enforcing our policies in a way that is transparent and equitable. As such, we use the following to guide us in the creation, dissemination, and fair enforcement of our content moderation practices and acceptable use policies:
- Our acceptable use policies are clear, precise, and publicly available. All relevant policies can be found in a single central location, eliminating confusion for our users and the public.
- We strive to enforce our policies in a manner that is consistent and equitable to our customers.
- Reports of abuse on our platform or violations of our policies are accepted from our customers, partners, employees, or any member of the public, and we provide easy methods to submit such reports to Intuit.
- We make information about enforcement decisions public in transparency reports.
