Yes! Intuit's internship and co-op program is designed to prepare students for full-time roles. Availability of full time positions is based on exceptional individual performance and business needs. Opportunities vary year to year.

Interns and co-ops are assigned real world work that has a direct impact to the business. You will be treated as a member of the team and contribute alongside experienced employees. Projects will vary based on placement.
You'll learn and grow in core day-to-day work/projects with your team and manager. You'll also get to participate in professional development workshops, seminars, leader chats, volunteer events, and networking/team-building activities with other interns and co-ops.

It depends on what team and project you're assigned to. Likely, you'll interface with other early career employees on a daily basis -- sharing ideas and problem solving together on projects with impact and reach.
