You will be assigned a Customer Success Manager who will stay alongside you at each phase, and is capable of assigning the necessary resources to your case so that you always have what you need.

We handle every implementation individually and can customize the process to suit unique needs of your business. Our Professional Services team can individually advise you on the best way to handle your migration so that it’s smooth, seamless, and effective.

Bring over lists and balances: Bring over the framework, but not all of the details. This is a great option for companies that want to make some tweaks or declutter before importing into Intuit Enterprise Suite.

Before implementation starts, the Professional Services team will meet with you to discuss what access you’ll need to provide so that we can support you, your team, and your business goals throughout the process.

A full team is not required to migrate your business to Intuit Enterprise Suite, and we will support your migration regardless of your team’s size. However, depending on the unique structure of your business and size of your team, it may be appropriate for some or all of the following participate in the migration and onboarding process:

Executive sponsorship: Provides directional guidance and assesses risks

Project manager: Oversees all the moving parts while keeping teams on a timeline

Core cross-functional team: Understands the business process, can speak to any internal issues, and are able to champion this process best. This team may include one or more of the following:

• Power user
• IT
• Finance

Implementation partner: Develops a rollout plan, including employee training and development, to drive product usage
