ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing Discount for Intuit Enterprise Suite: The ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing Discount (“Discount”) is available exclusively to accountants who meet the eligibility criteria below. It applies to the total contract value of your clients’ Intuit Enterprise Suite (“IES”) subscription at the time of purchase and remains valid for the duration of the contract term, subject to any price increase cap stated in their IES contract (the “Term Period”). This Discount does not apply to per-user charges, additional entities or dimensions, or add-ons added after the IES contract is executed, nor does it apply to any other products or services available within the IES platform, including but not limited to payroll, tax filing, CRM, analytics, or third-party applications or integrations. After the Term Period, your client's subscription will automatically renew according to their contract terms, and they will be charged on an annual or monthly basis at the then-current price unless they cancel prior to renewal. To qualify for this Discount, you must (i) have an active QuickBooks Online Accountant or Intuit Accountant Suite account (“Intuit Account”) in good standing and (ii) be enrolled in the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program. This Discount cannot be combined with other IES offers or promotions.Intuit reserves the right to modify or terminate the Discount at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion. ProAdvisor Revenue Share Program: Only accountants enrolled in the ProAdvisor Revenue Share Program will be eligible for the referral bonus, and you can sign up here. By clicking "Submit" you agree to the Terms and Conditions below and those in Subsection L, Section B of the QuickBooks Online Terms (QuickBooks Online Accountant and ProAdvisor Program). You also confirm that you have the necessary permission to provide the referral information and that it is accurate. Intuit will use this information as described in its Privacy Statement.

** Referral Bonus Program offers a one-time $3,500 bonus for each new active Intuit Enterprise Suite contract executed for an entire business, inclusive of all its entities that have access to the product, as a result of referrals made by Participants enrolled in the ProAdvisor Revenue Share Program and you can sign up here. Participant enrollment must be complete prior to the client's first payment. The one-time referral bonus cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. The Intuit Enterprise Suite referral bonus is paid the month after the first billing event post-contract signing bonus payments are non-transferable and subject to Participant’s tax obligations. An Intuit Enterprise Suite contract for an accounting firm’s own use is not eligible for a referral bonus.
