Hear from Intuit employees

I love the culture of broad, open collaboration at Intuit. We truly go wherever the customer problem takes us!

At Intuit, we can use our creativity every day - we can work together on something or work independently on something we are really passionate about and showcase it. Sometimes, it is even shipped with our current application.

What I like the most is definitely the culture and the developer community here. They care so much about your growth as a software engineer... It's just amazing here.

Fraud is very dynamic and always evolves. To catch up with the fraud trend, Intuit's data scientists have to always stay one step ahead of the fraudsters - so we keep exploring and leveraging new machine learning algorithms, staying informed of external data breaches, and our discussions happening on the fraud forum. This dynamic environment makes me excited to come to work every day.

One of the main reasons why Intuit's company culture is so unique is because people around you just genuinely care. People all around you are always willing to lend you a helping hand - teams here at Intuit just care about one thing, and that is to win together.

I initially started on the security team... I realized I wanted to be on a team that was more product development focused. And guess what? I was able to move to a different team.

The key highlight I like most about working for Intuit is the respect for people across stakeholders.
