Intuit is a customer driven company, and we take our relationship with our customers and our commitment to integrity very seriously. We are concerned by reports suggesting select call center agents recently may have provided inconsistent or inaccurate information to customers related to our Free File product.
We are reviewing this issue and will take the appropriate action to hold accountable anyone who did not live up to our standards for accuracy and integrity in our communications. We are providing representatives with additional training on this topic.
